We normally ship your order within 24-48 business hours... pending all items on your order are in stock at the time your order is received.

East Coast Orders: 2-3 days Midwest Orders: 3-4 days West Coast Orders: 4-5 days

International Shipments

All International orders placed online will be subject to United States Postal Service International shipping rates, insurance and a 10% handling fee. All shipping fees are based on the weight of the total order. Rates will be determined at the time the order is placed - for current rates please visit www.usps.com. If you have any questions about international shipping please call or email us before placing your order with us.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be in new/unused condition and received within 15 business days from the date of purchase. Products that have been used, modified, customized, or stickered in any way will not be given return credit. All products returned must be in their original packaging. All instructions and manuals must also be included. A credit will not be issued if the return is incomplete. All items returned to us are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There is no credit given on shipping and handling charges unless items were shipped in error.

Inspect your package immediately upon delivery! Any product damaged in transit must be reported to us within 3 business days of date delivered to your location.

Items returned without a valid Return Authorization Number will be refused by our shipping department. Make SURE you obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning ANY product for ANY reason..

All UNOPENED and UNUSED merchandise returned after 15 business days from date of delivery to the customer may be refused at the customers expense.
